About Romania tech talent.

Why we hire in Romania.

Romania is one of Central and Eastern Europe's deepest enterprise-tech benches — and the reason Hireloom is based here. Bucharest, Cluj and Iași form a triangle of mid-to-senior SAP, engineering and consulting talent: Iași strong on SAP consulting and nearshore delivery, Cluj on product engineering, Bucharest on finance-adjacent SAP and shared-service centres. The workforce is genuinely multilingual — Romanian, fluent English, and often French or German.

For DACH and Western European clients the draw is real senior depth at a materially lower cost than onshore, with full working-hours overlap and a long track record of ECC and S/4HANA delivery. The catch is never quality; it's that the strongest senior SAP and platform people are rarely on the open market. They're reached directly, not advertised to.

02Process

How an engagement runs.

The same three steps in every region — Romania included.

  1. 01

    Brief

Send the role. You get a reply within 24 hours with timing, fit, and an honest market read — even if the answer is "wrong shop."

  2. 02

    Shortlist

Two to four active searches at a time, so each one moves at offer speed. Three CVs that fit beats thirty that don't.

  3. 03

    Interview to offer

Direct with the founder end-to-end — the same email thread from intro to placement, no account-manager hand-off.
